Hello! My name is Alyssa Meza. I’m a trained labor and postpartum doula in Chicago. I’ve been attending births since 2016 for private clients and as a volunteer with Chicago Volunteer Doulas. My aim is to help birthing people feel supported, informed, and empowered during their pregnancy and labor.

Postpartum doulas help parents navigate the ‘fourth trimester’ by caring for the newborn, providing emotional support, and performing light household tasks.

Sibling doulas are on-call to take care of siblings when you go into labor.
